The Process

Interaction and the making of memorable experiences is key to every customer’s adventure inside Teddy Mountain™. We accomplish this through the use of functional designed thematic retail fixtures and our fun and interactive processes. Inside a Teddy Mountain™ store, the center stage for entertainment is the 3D mountain where children pick up fluff and send it to the stuffing machine, where they fill their furry friend full of fluff. (which is also a neat way to keep fluff handy and the stuffer full throughout the day!).

Once stuffed, the customer can choose from a wide variety of different pre-recorded voice and musical options, or record their voices for a special message to their loved ones! The next step is grooming at the Turtle Wash™ station where a gigantic turtle washes away any fluff that may have stuck to the plush with an air blower.  

Customers can then try on as many clothes, outfits, and accessories they like! One lady tried on three outfits, couldn’t decide, and bought them all, as they all looked cute! That’s a nice start to a new wardrobe, and she received a ton of PaLS™ Club points! In addition, what stuffed animal would be complete without shoes? Teddy Mountain™’s 3D thematic retail fixtures are small reminders of what to buy!

In the final step before checkout, customers get to interact at our mini-mushroom adoption center, by making their very own adoption certificate! Our interactive touch screen kiosks allows for the personalized gift giving option, or for yourself to love and care for. You get to choose all the wording, names, the backgrounds, and also get your picture right on the certificate! What a keepsake, or a fun seasonable or special event gift giving idea! The Teddy Mountain™ Franchise is all about brand awareness and promotion. Everyone joins our PaLS™ Club, which is our frequent shopper program, and the children get their very first Gold Card! They also get our cute TM backpack to carry their new friend throughout the shopping center, or even to school!

Most stores also offer a private themed birthday party area, for private party and event bookings! Cake and drinks are brought in, games are played, and everyone gets to make a new friend at a promotional party rate!
